Signing in is one free signature. It proves a wallet is yours, moves nothing and gives GRAILS no access to anything in it. The text names www.grails.gallery, so your wallet can tell a copy from the real thing.
GRAILS never asks you to approve, transfer or list a thing. If you take the yearly plan, that is one plain ETH transfer you send yourself.
Keep the collection in cold storage. Delegate it to an everyday wallet, and GRAILS reads that on chain. The vault never connects.

Is GRAILS free?
Yes, to start. Free shows up to 25 works at www.grails.gallery/g/yourname. Grail is $99 a year in ETH, with unlimited works, your own address and wallpaper mode on any TV. Claim a gallery by 4 November and your first year of Grail is free.
Do CypherPunks holders pay?
No. Hold a CypherPunk and you get everything in Grail for as long as you hold it. One punk unlocks one account.
Is it safe to connect my wallet?
Signing in is one free signature. It moves nothing and gives GRAILS no access to your wallet. You will never be asked to approve, transfer or list anything.
Can my collection stay in a cold wallet?
Yes. Delegate the cold wallet to your everyday wallet at delegate.xyz, then add it from your account. The cold wallet never connects.
Which works show up?
Everything your wallets hold on Ethereum and Shape: images, films, onchain SVGs and live works. Anything flagged as spam waits under Hidden, one click from being shown.
What happens when I sell or buy a work?
A work you sell leaves after the next read and one you buy arrives. Nothing to update by hand.
Can I add more than one wallet?
Yes. Add another wallet from your account with one free signature, and its works join the same gallery.
How do I put my gallery on a TV?
Open tv.grails.gallery in the TV’s browser and it shows a code. On your phone, open your gallery, tap Send to TV and enter the code. It comes with Grail and with a CypherPunk.
Can I arrange my gallery on my phone?
Galleries look right on any phone, but arranging one needs a computer.
Where do the originals live?
Where they always have: onchain, on Arweave, on IPFS or on a server. GRAILS keeps copies sized for screens so galleries load fast, and each work’s page says where its original lives.
What happens when my year of Grail ends?
Nothing renews by itself. Your gallery shows its first 25 works and keeps the rest as you hung them. Renew and they all come back.
